Individuality, Lets explore it!
Let’s have a look at the world today. You see a lot of indiscipline, indifference and anger among the people. People are going to extremes and hurting themselves and others. Or they get caught up in some sort of ideology that makes them feel valuable and alive.
Why is this happening? What can be done to prevent the above?
The answer lies in our inadequate formal mass education system. The formal education system compels a child to study and grow in a particular manner, so that the child fulfills the expectation of society. Education is not for the individual but for creating a robot for society. And the same carries on all through life where the individual is compelled to disassociate with their real selves and just be someone else.
We cannot go back in time and change things but we can certainly take corrective steps. And the easiest step to take is meditation.
How and why is meditation the easiest step?
Meditation starts with the individual. It puts the individual at the center and the physical world around the individual. As a person starts to meditate, they start realising things about themselves. They start understanding themselves better. As a result of which, they tend to be more relaxed and at peace with themselves.
And once the individual is at peace with themselves, their whole perspective changes – they start viewing the whole world in a new different way. The individual then realises that they are no more a cog in the machinery but they are here on earth to enjoy it’s bounty and evolve. And that realisation is absolutely and totally liberating. The individual then starts living life in a totally different way.
The same can be seen at a relationship level. When both – man and woman – see themselves as individuals who have come together, to enjoy each other and other worldly things together, without giving up their individuality, the connection between them is super fun and it blossoms. When they go with the societal understanding of a relationship, the whole relationship becomes boring and monotonous.
Meditation is not only the path to liberation, it liberates you as you walk along the path, helping you enjoy your real desires and wants.
A meditative person will always behave differently to a non-meditative person. In a very paradoxical manner, the meditative person will be more in tune with the physical world – in a detached manner – than a non-meditative person. A meditative person will avoid labels and artificial movements like wokeism, monotheistic ideas, mindless violence, mass control and other man made nonsense.
Discover your individuality. It is yours, not anybody elses. And it has been with you since the day you took birth. It may be covered with dust and hidden but it is there. Find it and start living life on your own terms rather than being manipulated by media and society at large.
Your life is your right.
