All intellectual property rights, including copyright in all content and communication belongs to Shri Sim Khirid. By reading the Terms of Use you are agreeing that the content and property of Shri Sim Khirid cannot be copied, reproduced, modified, stored, redistributed or exploited commercially in any way without permission from Shri Sim Khirid.
Terms of Use of this Website:
Shri Sim Khirid may change the content at any time without prior information. We do not provide a warranty or guarantee of its accuracy, completeness, suitability, timeliness or performance of information or content in the website and services. If there are errors in the information provided in the content of the website we expressly exclude liability for these inaccuracies, to the fullest extent that the law permits.
You can use any of the information or content at your own risk for which Shri Sim Khirid is not liable. It will be your responsibility to ensure that any information/knowledge you use is suitable to your current requirements.

Meditation Requirement:
By commencing meditation with Shri Sim Khirid , you (the meditator) confirm that you meet the following minimum requirements given below.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- All of the meditations will be provided mainly in English. Hence, all meditators must have a competent native level of English and possess a reasonable competence in English language reading, writing and speaking skills
- All meditators must have the ability to take suggestions and recommendations from The Guru and have the capability to make improvements to their lives.
- After registration, refunds are not given under any condition
- Shri Sim Khirid does not claim any surety in the development of the meditator’s physical or mental enhancement. This is related to many aspects and is highly dependent on the meditator.
- Meditation is an individual process. Every Sadhak/Sadhika has to Walk the Path. The Guru’s guidance is like a beacon, showing the way. Every Sadhak/Sadhika will have a unique experience, eevn though they follow the same meditation.
- Please wear comfortable clothes, in which you can sit comfortably on the ground.
- Please aim to reach the meditation room atleast 5 minutes before the session commences. The five minute of silent sitting and observing the world around you is ver benficial.
Corporate Bookings.
The Guru conducts corporate meditation sessions. This is held at the corporate workplace. If the session is being held in Pune, where The Guru resides, there will be no logistic charges. For all other cities, the logistics will have to be borne by the corporate. If you would like to arrange a session at your workplace, please contact for further details.
Bookings once confirmed will not be refunded. Cancellations will not be entertained.
Donations
The Guru shares with you, his valuable time, experience and wisdom. This cannot be valued in monetary terms. In Sanaatan Dharm, we have the tradition of Guru-Dakshina. The Sadhak/Sadhika is requested to follow this tradition and give a monetary offering to The Guru.
